From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a luxurious experience. the service was exceptional; we were escorted to our room, where we were greeted with beautiful decor and exclusive amenities. the restaurant provided special diet menus that were delicious and catered to our dietary needs. the massage service was fantastic and provided a truly relaxing experience. the hot spring bath was our favorite; it had both indoor and outdoor options, and the open, air bath provided a stunning view of the surrounding nature. the hotel's location advantage was incredible; it was so close to the airport and made our weekend getaway effortless.
The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of karaoke or leisure/TV room. It would have been nice to have some form of entertainment available within the hotel, especially during the evenings.
